PRIMATE
PRIMATE is the OS underneath: it reads your sleep, stress, food, labs and cycle... and tells you what today should look like.
Capacity blends sleep, HRV, food, cycle phase and air quality into a single 0–100. You wake up knowing exactly how hard to go.
Apple Watch is ~5% of India. PRIMATE reads the other 95% too — synced through Apple Health, Google Health Connect and Samsung Health.
Not a mood ring. PRIMATE ties the 2 pm spike to the 9:10 commute and the 174 AQI outside your window — then adjusts tomorrow.
A photo is enough. The database is Indian-first — 12,000 dishes, ghee included — so the macros are right without substitutions.
Upload the PDF you already have. Every marker lands against Indian reference ranges, and the plan changes to move them.
Day 7, follicular — energy is building, so the plan pushes. Nutrition, training and Capacity shift with your phase, and the next period is on the calendar, 22 days out.
Resting HR, HRV, sleep and nutrition compress into a single age — 23.0 against a calendar 24 — and every factor shows what it adds or removes.
Every morning PRIMATE writes the day: what to train and how hard, what to eat and when to stop — recalculated from last night, capped by today's capacity.
One question, one specific answer — built from your sleep, food, labs and cycle. Numbers, not encouragement.
Three rings — Sleep, Body Capacity, Recovery. Today's brief underneath, cycle and stress below. Open the app, read the day, go.
Ask a normal AI about your health and it gives you generic advice — the same answer it gives everyone. PRIMATE answers based on your own body: your sleep, your food, your labs.
Yes — but not the session on your plan. Your HRV this morning was 52 ms, 12% under your 30-day baseline, and yesterday carried 2 h 30 m of high stress, most of it between 2 and 6 pm. Keep today to 40 minutes: the lighter pull, no deadlifts. Protein sits at 45 g of your 100 g target, so anchor dinner around dal and paneer before 8 pm — your last three late dinners each cost you roughly 20 minutes of deep sleep. Lights out by 10:45. If HRV is back above 58 ms tomorrow, Thursday becomes your hard day — and the 68 days still work.
PRIMATE is built by one person, in India, for the Indian body. I got tired of apps that logged dal as "lentil soup", read my blood work against ranges from another continent, and answered every question with "listen to your body". So I'm building the coach I wanted: one that reads everything, says less, and is specific. It's early — you'll see rough edges — but the math is honest and the plan is yours. If that sounds like what's been missing, I'd like you on the first wave.
