Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PRIMATE handles personal data collected through primate.health (the "Website").

PRIMATE is currently operated by Vaibhav Sharma, founder, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, pending the incorporation of Primate Technologies Private Limited. In this policy, "PRIMATE", "we", "us", and "our" refer to that operator.

This policy covers the Website and its early-access waitlist only. The PRIMATE mobile app, when it launches, will have its own separate and more detailed privacy policy covering health data.

1. What we collect

If you join our early-access waitlist, we collect:

We do not collect your age, location, payment details, or any health information through this Website.

2. Why we collect it

We use your WhatsApp number for one purpose only: to send you your early-access invite and updates about PRIMATE — for example, to tell you when your access wave opens. We do this on the basis of the consent you give when you sign up. If you give us your first name, we use it to address you; if you give us your email, we use it only as a backup way to reach you on launch day.

We do not use your details for any other purpose, and we do not sell, rent, or trade them.

3. Your consent

We add you to the waitlist only after you actively tick the consent box on our sign-up form. We do not pre-tick that box, and we do not add anyone who has not opted in.

You can withdraw your consent at any time — it is as easy as giving it. Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message we send, or email us at team@primatehq.com (see Section 8) and ask to be removed. When you withdraw, we stop messaging you and delete your details from the waitlist without undue delay.

4. Who can see your data

Your waitlist details are collected and stored in Supabase, the same database infrastructure that runs the PRIMATE app. We also use a small number of other trusted service providers to run the Website and, when we start sending updates, to deliver them on WhatsApp — for example, our hosting provider and our messaging provider. These providers process data only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us.

We do not share your details with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party for their own use.

5. Where your data is stored

Your waitlist details are stored in Supabase, the same infrastructure as the PRIMATE app. Supabase and some of our other service providers may store or process data outside India. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to keep your data protected. As noted above, the Website collects your WhatsApp number and, if you give them, your first name and email — no sensitive or health data.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your details only for as long as we are running the early-access waitlist, or until you ask us to remove them — whichever comes first. Once the waitlist purpose is complete, or once you withdraw, we delete them.

7. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email us at the address in Section 8. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Contact and grievances

For any question about this policy, or to exercise your rights, contact:

team@primatehq.com

PRIMATE — operated by Vaibhav Sharma, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

9. Children

The Website and waitlist are intended for adults (18 and over). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, contact us and we will remove the data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as PRIMATE grows — for example, when Primate Technologies Private Limited is incorporated, or when the app launches. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Please check back from time to time.
